The hotel is located in the heart of the city, which is convenient and within walking distance to most of the shops, restaurants and adventure sports companies. the room is comfortable and clean, and the staff is friendly. One of the best aspects was the breakfast offered in the nearby restaurant, which was delicious and of good quality.
The Wi-Fi in the room did not work as advertised, and we had to go to the common area at the end of the hall to use it. This was inconvenient and limited our access to the internet.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of the town. The location was perfect, with everything I needed within walking distance, including shops, restaurants, and tour companies. The room was comfortable and in good condition, and I loved the fact that some rooms had a view facing the volcano. The breakfast served in the room was a nice touch, with a choice of basic options. this hotel offered great value for money, with attention to detail and a friendly staff.

This hotel is located right in the center of town, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. The facilities are well-maintained and clean, and the parking area is secure and gated. Additionally, the staff is friendly and helpful, providing great service during my stay.

The view from the room was amazing, we could see the lake from the window which was a great touch for our romantic escape. The room was also spacious and the bed was comfortable. The location was fantastic, we were right in the middle of town which meant we could easily go to restaurants and shops. there were many tours available in the area which made it easy for us to explore surroundings.
The hotel staff was not accommodating or welcoming, making it hard to feel comfortable during our stay. The cleanliness of the room was also a concern, as the bathroom was not clean upon our arrival.

This hotel is situated in an excellent location, right in the center of town. There are many high adventure outfitters, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. A highly-rated Italian restaurant is across the street. the rooms are clean, nicely decorated, and have comfortable beds. Internet access is reliable, and the hotel provides computers on most floors.
One aspect of the hotel was not up to par. the wall plugs on the electrical outlets were coming out of the wall.
